Common use of Interim Financial Information Clause in Contracts

Interim Financial Information. The Company will supply to the Buyer unaudited consolidated monthly financial statements within 21 business days of the end of each month ending between the date of the Interim Balance Sheet and the Closing or any earlier termination of this Agreement in accordance with its terms, prepared on a basis consistent with the unaudited consolidated financial statements for the preceding months. For purposes of these statements, employee bonuses and similar expenses may be accrued based on actual results for the year to date and budgeted results for the balance of the year.
