Interim or Provisional Relief. Nothing in this Agreement, including Section 15.4, shall preclude either Party from seeking interim or provisional relief in any court of competent jurisdiction, including a temporary restraining order, preliminary injunction or other interim equitable relief concerning a Dispute with the other Party, either prior to or during the dispute resolution procedures set forth in Article XV, to protect the interests of such Party.
