Common use of Interim Order Clause in Contracts

Interim Order. As soon as reasonably practicable after the date of this Agreement, but in any event on or before May 30, 2019, the Company shall apply in a manner reasonably acceptable to the Buyer pursuant to Section 292 of the BCBCA and, in co-operation with the Buyer, prepare, file and diligently pursue an application for the Interim Order which shall provide, among other things:

Interim Order. As soon as reasonably practicable after the date of this Agreement, but in any event on or before May 30January 22, 20192018, the Company shall apply in a manner reasonably acceptable to the Buyer Parent and the Purchaser, pursuant to Section 292 of the BCBCA and, in co-operation cooperation with the BuyerParent and the Purchaser, prepare, file and diligently pursue an application for the Interim Order Order, which shall provide, among other things:
