Common use of Interim Order Clause in Contracts

Interim Order. As soon as reasonably practicable after the date of this Agreement, but in any event on or before January 22, 2018, the Company shall apply in a manner reasonably acceptable to the Parent and the Purchaser, pursuant to the BCBCA and, in cooperation with the Parent and the Purchaser, prepare, file and diligently pursue an application for the Interim Order, which shall provide, among other things:

Interim Order. As soon as reasonably practicable after the date of this Agreement, but in any event on or before January 22May 30, 20182019, the Company shall apply in a manner reasonably acceptable to the Parent and the Purchaser, Buyer pursuant to Section 292 of the BCBCA and, in cooperation co-operation with the Parent and the PurchaserBuyer, prepare, file and diligently pursue an application for the Interim Order, Order which shall provide, among other things:

Interim Order. As soon as reasonably practicable after the date of this Agreement, but in any event on or before January 22August 31, 20182020, the Company shall will apply in a manner reasonably acceptable to the Parent and the Purchaser, Purchaser pursuant to Section 186.1(3) of the BCBCA BCA and, in cooperation with the Parent and the Purchaser, prepare, file and diligently pursue an application for the Interim Order, which shall must provide, among other things:
