Common use of Interim Post-Closing Cash and Transferred Assets Exhibit Supplement Clause in Contracts

Interim Post-Closing Cash and Transferred Assets Exhibit Supplement. On or prior to the day that is the 53rd Business Day following the Closing Date, the Insurer will produce and deliver to the Company a cash and transferred assets schedule, which will incorporate the Transferred Assets Schedule delivered pursuant to Section 2.06(c) and updated pursuant to Section 2.19 and reflect any payment pursuant to Section 2.08(e). The Insurer will attach such cash and transferred assets schedule as the “Cash and Transferred Assets Exhibit Supplement” to the amendment to the Group Annuity Contract pursuant to Section 2.15(a).

The Insurer will attach such cash and transferred assets schedule schedules as the “Cash and Transferred Assets Exhibit Supplement” to the amendment to the Group Annuity Contract Contracts pursuant to Section 2.15(a2.14(a).
