Common use of Interim Removal Clause in Contracts

Interim Removal. a. A Student may be interimly removed from Housing due to alleged violations of Housing or UWF policies, pending an investigation by the University or law enforcement. b. If a Student is interimly removed from Housing, the Student will be required to temporarily remove necessary belongings from their assigned bed space and remain in off-campus housing until the adjudication of the case or the interim removal is lifted.
