Interim Review. An interim review may be conducted by the Authority if: 1. A person with income joins Tenant’s household; 2. Tenant can verify a change in Tenant’s circumstances (such as a decline in or loss of income due to circumstances beyond the resident’s control) that would justify a reduction in monthly rent or switching to the income-based rent option for rent determination; 3. It is found that Tenant has misrepresented the facts upon which the monthly rent amount is based so that the rent Tenant is actually being charged is less than the rent that Tenant would have been charged if the misrepresentation has not been made; or 4.
