Common use of Interim Reviews Clause in Contracts

Interim Reviews. After the initial responsibilities and objectives are agreed upon by the employee and manager, there shall be a mandatory meeting prior to the end of the seventh calendar month after the evaluation cycle commences. During this meeting the employee’s progress toward mutually understood goals and objectives will be reviewed. In addition, any other significant factors will be discussed. At the employee’s or manager’s discretion, more frequent reviews may be accomplished.
