If Seller reasonably believes the volume of Tank Heels may have changed (for example a tank in the Storage Facilities is removed from service or because more water and sediment has displaced the usable Oil or Indigenous Feedstock that constitute the Tank Heel), then Seller can obtain a measurement or assessment of the affected Tank Heel(s):
