Interim Testing Clause Samples

The Interim Testing clause establishes requirements for conducting tests or inspections at various stages during a project's progress, rather than waiting until final completion. Typically, this clause outlines when and how interim tests should be performed, who is responsible for carrying them out, and the standards or criteria that must be met at each stage. By mandating periodic assessments, the clause helps identify and address issues early, ensuring quality control and reducing the risk of costly rework or delays later in the project.
