Interim Verified Reports. Consultant shall submit an interim Verified Report (form DSA 6-AE or more current form) to the DSA electronically and a copy to the Project Inspector for each of the applicable nine sections of form DSA 152 prior to the Project Inspector signing off that section of the project inspection card.
