Interior Building Maintenance Sample Clauses
Interior Building Maintenance. OPERATOR shall be responsible for completing all day-to-day interior building maintenance, including but not limited to the following:
a. Janitorial services of all interior areas of buildings and Facilities, including but not limited to, kitchen, dining areas, office space, restrooms, storage areas, and Pro Shop;
b. Window washing;
c. Cleaning and replacing floors;
d. Cleaning and replacing carpets;
e. Replacing light bulbs;
f. Maintaining window treatments;
g. Appliance repair;
h. Cleaning exhaust hood;
i. Minor plumbing issues, such as stoppages, flush valves, and leaking faucets;
j. Fire extinguisher monthly inspection;
k. Electrical and mechanical issues;
l. HVAC maintenance and basic repair; m. Painting.
