Interior Electrical Wiring. COVERED: Interior wiring including main breaker panel or fuse box, general wiring, receptacles, and standard light switches. Coverage begins at the main service panel. NOT COVERED: Fixtures. Direct current wiring, components, or systems (including but not limited to door bell systems, alarm systems, intercom or speaker/stereo systems, carbon monoxide and fire alarms and/or detection systems, batteries, telephone systems or wiring, touch pad assemblies, timers, low voltage household wiring). Wiring outside the confines of the foundation or in a garage or detached building. Wiring or electrical system components servicing additional or optional items for which no coverage has been purchased. Heat lamps. Load control devices. Wall, bathroom, attic, exhaust, or whole house fans. Failures and conditions caused by inadequate wiring capacity, circuit overload, power failure/shortage or surge. Corrosion caused by moisture. Appliance management systems or computers. Data wiring.

  • Electrical Provide drawings for the following systems:

  • Electrical Equipment Residents must use only CSA, UL-approved or Canadian-certified electrical equipment; the rated wattage of light fixtures must never be exceeded; and only replacement bulbs supplied by Waterloo maintenance staff may be used. Do not leave any unattended electrical equipment turned on (i.e. hair straighteners, lights etc.)

  • Lighting A system of fixtures providing or controlling the light sources used on or near the airport or within the airport buildings. The field lighting includes all luminous signals, markers, floodlights, and illuminating devices used on or near the airport or to aid in the operation of aircraft landing at, taking off from, or taxiing on the airport surface.

  • Janitorial Services or Building Maintenance Services If this Agreement is for janitorial or building maintenance services, this section is applicable. If this Agreement requires Contractor to perform Services at a new site, Contractor shall retain for sixty (60) days all employees currently employed at that site by any previous contractor that performed the same services at the site. Contractor shall provide upon request information sufficient to identify employees providing janitorial or building maintenance services at each site and to make the necessary notifications required under Labor Code section 1060 et seq.

  • Installations 2.1. This test shall be conducted with either the complete REESS or with a related REESS subsystem(s) including the cells and their electrical connections. If the manufacturer chooses to test with related subsystem(s), the manufacturer shall demonstrate that the test result can reasonably represent the performance of the complete REESS with respect to its safety performance under the same conditions. If the electronic management unit for the REESS is not integrated in the casing enclosing the cells, then the electronic management unit may be omitted from installation on the Tested-Device if so requested by the manufacturer.

  • Outdoor Lighting 3.8.1 Lighting shall be directed to driveways, parking areas, loading area, building entrances and walkways and shall be arranged so as to divert the light away from streets, adjacent lots and buildings.

  • Electrical Safety Only UL approved items are permitted in Housing & Residence Life. Extension and multi-use cords must be heavy duty, single plug, and be UL approved. Altering or adapting electrical outlets and equipment and overloading circuits jeopardize safety and thus are not permitted.

  • Drainage Systems (1) Clear culvert inlets, outlets, and sediment catching basins.

  • Installation Services 3.1 The Bitstream 2a Service includes a Standard Install as set out below (in each case to the extent that the relevant provisioning works are not already complete for the relevant Service Order).1
