Interlocal Entity. Pursuant to the Interlocal Cooperation Act, the Parties agree to the continued existence of the Authority as a separate political subdivision and body politic and corporate of the state of Utah, as established pursuant the 2004 Agreement, subject to the revised and restated terms and condition found in this 2019 Agreement.
