Internal Recall. C.3 When an employee has maintained employment with the College, either through the alternate employment opportunities or bumping options, that employee shall remain on an internal recall list and shall have the right of first refusal should his/her position (same classification, department, status and hours) be reinstated.
Internal Recall. Before a vacancy is declared, a permanent employee who was displaced as a result of the elimination of position shall have the right to revert to that position if it is re-established within twelve (12) months of the date it was eliminated. Any other vacancies resulting from this move shall be posted.
