INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE SECTION 125. Effective the first pay period following approval by the appropriate governmental agencies, the City will implement an I.R.S. Section 125 Plan to allow a pre-tax deduction of the employee's share of premiums paid for health insurance, dental insurance, or Ohio Municipal League accident insurance.
