Common use of Internally Prepared Information Clause in Contracts

Internally Prepared Information. All financial and other information provided to the Borrower and/or the Lender (including, but not limited to completed background questionnaires) by or on behalf of the Servicer, which has been prepared by any employee or officer of the Servicer or any Affiliated Party in connection with the Borrower’s request for any Loan and the credit facilities contemplated by the Credit Agreement (“Internally Prepared Information”), is true and correct in all material respects and contains no omissions which would cause such information to be materially misleading.
