Common use of International Purchases Clause in Contracts

International Purchases. The Seller / the Company shall be responsible for insuring the Products as per INCOTERM version 2010. However, in the event of any damage to the Products before the title passes to the Company, the Company shall be entitled to receive the claim from the Seller’s insurer to the extent the Company is entitled. The insurance provided by the Seller must be made to cover any damages or loss of the Products for full amount of the Products insurable value.
