Common use of International Registry Filings Clause in Contracts

International Registry Filings. On or promptly after the Delivery Date, Lessee and Owner Trustee will cause the registration of the following to be effected on the International Registry in accordance with the Cape Town Treaty in the following order: first, the Sale of the Airframe and Engines from Manufacturer to Owner Trustee; and second, the International Interests created under the Lease (as supplemented by Lease Supplement No. 1). Lessee and Owner Trustee each shall also, as and to the extent applicable, consent to such registrations upon the issuance of a request for such consent by the International Registry.
