Common use of International Registry Filings Clause in Contracts

International Registry Filings. Each of the parties hereto consents to the registration with the International Registry of the international interests with respect to the Mortgage and each Mortgage Supplement, and each party hereto covenants and agrees that it will take all such action reasonably requested by the Borrower or the Security Trustee in order to make any registrations with the International Registry, including becoming a transacting user entity with the International Registry and providing consents to any registration as may be contemplated by the Operative Documents.
