Common use of International Toll Charges Clause in Contracts

International Toll Charges. Calls to a phone number outside of the United States and Canada will be charged usage charges (the “International Rates”). When Customer dials an international PSTN phone number, charges may apply regardless of whether the party on the other line answers the call. Calls made by Customer to an international mobile, rather than landline or premium rate telephone, number may result in higher International Rates. Alteva may change the International Rates from time to time in its sole discretion. International Rates are updated monthly on the first of each month and no other notice shall be provided for changes to the International Rates. Upon inquiry at any time, Alteva shall provide the then-current International Rates to Customer.
