Transactions involving your savings and checking accounts will be subject to the terms of your Membership and Account Agreement. Transactions involving your loan accounts will be subject to your Loan Agreement and Disclosures. The Credit Union does not make any warranty, express or implied, to you regarding the Intuit Quicken, QuickBooks or any other software programs including but not limited to any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
