Internet Connectivity Sample Clauses

Internet Connectivity. School must provide sufficient hardline internet connectivity and the required network configurations (provided in Exhibit A) for each Pixellot System to allow live broadcasts. PlayOn will provide the point-to-point wireless internet base station (“Point to Point”) when needed to deliver hardline internet connectivity to Pixellot Systems installed in outdoor venues; provided that PlayOn is able to select the make and model of the Point to Point system. In the event that School requests, or requires, a specific Point to Point system that is different from what is provided by PlayOn, then School must provide and install the Point to Point system at its own expense.
Internet Connectivity. 3.1 The Supplier shall provide internet connectivity through an internet service provider at the hosting facility. The connectivity shall include multiple, diversely routed high- speed connections, a firewall for security and a load balancer for traffic management and speed optimisation. The Customer shall, and shall ensure that its Authorised Users shall, make their own arrangements for internet access in order to access the Software. 3.2 The Supplier shall procure burstable bandwidth connectivity services. The connectivity shall include multiple connections and a network operations centre that monitors servers, the network platform and internet access.
Internet Connectivity. 9.7.1 The Customer is responsible for ensuring, in the event of failure of an Internet connection, that changeover to the redundant connection is made as defined in Paragraph 4.8. 9.7.2 The Customer shall be entitled to increase the Internet connectivity, subject to: (i) the Customer giving BT 20 Working Days notice; (ii) resource availability and commercial agreement
Internet Connectivity. Subscriber recognizes and agrees that: (a) certain network infrastructure is necessary to make full use of March Networks Technology (“Network Infrastructure”); (b) March Networks does not provide or maintain Subscriber’s Network Infrastructure; (c) Internet access at reasonable speeds (as recommended by March Networks) is necessary to use March Networks Technology; and (d) March Networks does not provide Internet access. March Networks is not responsible or liable for any failure of March Networks Technology related to Network Infrastructure or Internet access. Subscriber recognizes and agrees that System performance will vary based on Subscriber’s usage of March Networks Technology and Subscriber’s Network Infrastructure and Internet speeds. March Networks has no responsibility or liability pursuant to this Agreement for any equipment Customer uses in conjunction with the System.
Internet ConnectivityCustomer will be responsible for establishing and maintaining high speed Internet connection whose connection statistics are at, or above, the minimum download, upload, and latency thresholds specified by then current Documentation for the Hosting Services.
Internet Connectivity. CCH (either itself or through a third party) will make CCH eLending available for access via the Internet. The Customer shall provide, at the Customer’s own expense, Internet connectivity necessary to access CCH eLending. The Customer acknowledges that the Internet is known to be unpredictable in performance and may, from time to time, impede access to CCH eLending or performance under these Terms.
Internet Connectivity. 1.1 The Customer shall be responsible for internet access for Authorised Users in order to access the Services.
Internet Connectivity. Certain functionality, including Activation and Update check, may require Internet connectivity. The Software may connect to the internet in the background without prior notification. Downloading the Updated versions of the Software and using WAVES’ website with all support materials available there (such as user guides, quick start guides, tutorials, examples, forum, etc.) also requires Internet connectivity.
Internet ConnectivityThe Software must have an operating Internet connection permitting it to periodically communicate with Xxxxxxxx’s system to verify the validity of the Software license. If the Software is repeatedly unable to communicate with Xxxxxxxx’s system, the Software will deactivate.
Internet Connectivity. Service requires a high-speed Internet connection that meets the minimum speeds that we describe to you and special Software and Equipment that is compatible with the Service. We may require you to pay additional amounts each month (or on a one-time basis) for required Software and Equipment. Your Internet connection may be purchased separately from CenturyLink or an approved service provider.
