Internet Connectivity. 3.1 The Supplier shall provide internet connectivity through an internet service provider at the hosting facility. The connectivity shall include multiple, diversely routed high- speed connections, a firewall for security and a load balancer for traffic management and speed optimisation. The Customer shall, and shall ensure that its Authorised Users shall, make their own arrangements for internet access in order to access the Software. 3.2 The Supplier shall procure burstable bandwidth connectivity services. The connectivity shall include multiple connections and a network operations centre that monitors servers, the network platform and internet access.

The network operations centre that monitors servers, will intelligently reroute itself to cope with the network platform and internet accessloss of any one of the bandwidth nodes.
