Common use of Internet Service Provider Clause in Contracts

Internet Service Provider. In no event and regardless of what otherwise might be set forth in the Agreement, the Service Provider shall not be liable to the Customer or a third party for any incidental, indirect or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profit, revenue or goodwill, due to any failure of the internet service provider causing interruptions or similar disturbance affecting the Customer’s access to the Service.
