Mamut monitors the service on a continuous basis, and follows up on the status of the equipment involved in the service (hardware and communications). ▇▇▇▇▇ has the right to close down the service if the customer does not comply with applicable rules relating to SPAM or uses e-mail in a manner that is not accepted for such information medium. Furthermore, Mamut has the right to close down the services if the customer fails to comply with applicable rules relating to storage, number of users or other restrictions concerning the accepted use of the services. One endeavours to keep the systems involved in the services in operation 24 hours a day, with the exception of necessary, or notified, interruptions for maintenance purposes. Non-notified interruptions in the operation of Internet solutions shall only give a right to a proportional payment reduction for the duration of such interruption, and only if ▇▇▇▇▇ could reasonably have prevented such interruption. Non- notified interruptions caused by obstacles outside the control of Mamut shall not give a right to any reduction.
