Internet Traffic Sample Clauses

Internet Traffic. Any traffic that is transmitted to or returned from the Internet at any point during the duration of the transmission.
Internet Traffic. Dial-up, switched Internet Traffic originated by a Customer of one Party on that Party’s network at a point in a Verizon local calling area, and delivered to a Customer or an Internet Service Provider served by the other Party, on that other Party’s network at a point in the same Verizon local calling area. Verizon local calling areas shall be as defined by Verizon. For the purposes of this definition, a Verizon local calling area includes a Verizon non-optional Extended Local Calling Scope Arrangement, but does not include a Verizon optional Extended Local Calling Scope Arrangement. Calls originated on a 1+ presubscription basis, or on a casual dialed (10XXX/101XXXX) basis, are not considered Measured Internet Traffic. For the avoidance of any doubt, Virtual Foreign Exchange Traffic (i.e., V/FX Traffic) (as defined in the Interconnection Attachment) does not constitute Measured Internet Traffic.
Internet Traffic. Any t Traffic (excluding CMRS traffic) that is transmitted to or returned from the Internet at any point during the duration of the transmission between the Parties.
Internet TrafficThe Parties shall endeavor to: (a) to promote the interconnection within the territory of each Party of all Internet Service Providers (ISPs), through new Internet Exchange Points (Internet Exchange Points or "ITPs"), as well as to promote interconnection between the ITPs of the Parties; (b) adopt or maintain measures to ensure that public works projects include mechanisms to facilitate the deployment of fiber optic or other telecommunications networks. For purposes of this subparagraph, the term "public works" shall be understood in accordance with the legislation of each Party; (c) encouraging the deployment of telecommunications networks that connect users to the main centers of Internet content generation worldwide, and (d) adopt policies that encourage the installation of Internet content generation centers and distribution networks in their respective territories.
Internet Traffic. All combined Reciprocal Compensation Traffic and Internet Traffic in excess of a 3:1 ratio of terminating to originating traffic received by either party from the other in New York shall be presumed to be Internet Traffic and shall be subject to xxxx and keep.
Internet Traffic. Bound T means dial-up ISP traffic that is originated and dialed by an End User of one Party, delivered to the other Party, and terminated by the other Party to an ISP located in the local calling area.

Internet Traffic. USA is the traffic that originates on the BigAir network within Australia and terminates in the USA on major ISP networks (eg. Verizon, UUNet).

Internet Traffic. All combined Local Traffic and Internet Traffic in excess of a 2:1 ratio of terminating to originating traffic received by either party from the other in Massachusetts shall be presumed to be Internet Traffic and shall be subject to xxxx and keep.
