Internet Website Management. Owner acknowledges that Manager uses a third party internet advertising company for marketing to track, report, record and optimize the web presence and record all internet traffic of the Property, and the expense of this internet optimization marketing shall be a site operating expense, as provided for in the Budget. The cost for such website management software license and service shall be a monthly fee to Owner.
