Common use of Internship Plan Clause in Contracts

Internship Plan. In conjunction with this Agreement, the University, the Student and the Affiliate will develop an Internship Plan or Learning Contract in the form attached hereto as Exhibit A or such other form agreed to by the parties, setting forth the specifics of the Internship, including details such as duration of the Internship, and a job description that outlines the duties and responsibilities of the parties.
