Interpretation and Conflict. This Agreement shall be interpreted and construed under the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflicts of law provisions.
Interpretation and Conflict. This Agreement shall be interpreted and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas without regard to provisions regarding conflicts of law. Venue for any legal action related hereto shall be Dallas, Dallas County, Texas. In the event of a conflict between terms and provisions of this Agreement and the Operating Agreement attached hereto as Schedule 1, the terms and provisions of this Agreement will prevail.
Interpretation and Conflict. Any ambiguity in this Agreement shall be resolved to permit compliance with HIPAA. In the event of a conflict between the terms of this Agreement and the terms of the Underlying Agreement, the terms of this Agreement shall prevail, with respect to the subject matter herein.
