Interpretation; Defined Terms; Section Headings. As used herein, the singular includes the plural and the plural includes the singular. A reference to any gender also applies to any other gender. Defined terms are entirely capitalized throughout, and defined terms not specifically defined herein shall have the same meaning as provided by the terms of the Loan Agreement. The section headings are for convenience only and are not part of this Note.
