The headings contained in this Agreement, in any Exhibit or Schedule hereto and in the table of contents to this Agreement, are for reference purposes only and shall not affect in any way the meaning or interpretation of this Agreement. Information set forth in each Schedule specifically refers to the article and section of this Agreement to which such information is responsive, and such information shall not be deemed to have been disclosed with respect to any statement in any article and section that is not qualified by reference to the pertinent Schedule or, except with regard to information set forth on the face of any Schedule that makes reasonably apparent its applicability to any other Schedule, with respect to any other article or section of this Agreement or for any other purpose. The Schedules shall not vary, change or alter the language of the representations and warranties contained in this Agreement.
