Interpretation; No Presumption. Headings are intended solely for convenience of reference and shall not affect the meaning or interpretation of the provisions of this Agreement. This Agreement shall be construed fairly as to each party hereto and if at any time any such term or condition is desired or required to be interpreted or construed, no consideration shall be given to the issue of who actually prepared, drafted or requested any term or condition of this Agreement or any agreement or instrument subject hereto.
