Interpretation of Lease. The captions preceding the articles and sections of this Lease and in the table of contents have been inserted for convenience of reference only and such captions shall in no way define or limit the scope or intent of any provision of this Lease. Use of the word “including” or similar words shall not be construed to limit any general term, statement or other matter in this Lease, whether or not language of non-limitation, such as “without limitation” or similar words, are used.
