Interpretation of Pricing Provisions. In this Agreement, the following principles of interpretation shall apply: (a) for so long as there is a single Terminal Component, the terms and definitions of this Agreement relevant to pricing apply to all Access collectively; and (b) where there are multiple Terminal Components, the terms and definitions of this Agreement relevant to pricing apply to each Terminal Component separately. For the avoidance of doubt, the Access contracted under this Agreement relates to [the Existing Terminal / a Differentiated Expansion Component].
