INTERPRETATION OF PROVISIONS OF AGREEMENT. As to matters regarding the interpretation of provisions of this Agreement which arise other than through the grievance procedure, the parties shall meet for the purpose of discussing and clarifying the original intent of the particular provision in question. Questions resolved through this procedure shall not be resubmitted through the grievance procedure.
