Interpretation of Sublease. This Sublease shall be construed and interpreted in accordance with contract law principals of the laws of California, without giving effect to choice of law principles thereunder. The provisions of this Sublease shall be construed in accordance with the fair meaning of the language used and shall not be strictly construed against either party.
