Common use of Interpretation of the Treaty Clause in Contracts

Interpretation of the Treaty. Any dispute arising out of the interpretation of the Treaty shall be settled by negotiation, by recourse to the Commission or another procedure agreed to by the Parties, which may include recourse to an arbitral panel or to the International Court of Justice.
