INTERPRETATION OF THIS OPTION AGREEMENT. All decisions and interpretations made by the Stock Option Committee or the Board of Directors of S1C with regard to any question arising under the Plan or this Option Agreement shall be binding and conclusive on S1C and the Optionee and any other person entitled to exercise the Option as provided for herein. In the event that there is any inconsistency between the provisions of this Option Agreement and of the Plan, the provisions of the Plan shall govern.
