INTERPRETATION OF THIS. STOCK OPTION AGREEMENT All decisions and interpretations made by the Company or the Committee with regard to any question arising under the Plan or this Stock Option Agreement shall be final, binding and conclusive on the Company and the Optionee and any other person entitled to exercise the Option as provided for herein.
