Interpretation; Schedules; Certain Definitions. The headings contained in the Agreement or in any Schedule hereto are for reference purposes only and shall not affect in any way the meaning or interpretation of the Agreement. Any capitalized terms used in any Schedule but not otherwise defined therein, shall have the meaning as defined in the Agreement. When a reference is made in the Agreement to an Article, Section, or Schedule, such reference shall be to an Article, a Section of, or a Schedule to, the Agreement unless otherwise indicated.
