Common use of Interpretation with Other Documents Clause in Contracts

Interpretation with Other Documents. Notwithstanding anything in this Instrument to the contrary, (a) in the event of a conflict or inconsistency between this Instrument and the provisions of the Intercreditor Agreement, the provisions of the Intercreditor Agreement shall govern, and (b) the exercise of any right or remedy by Beneficiary under this Instrument shall be done in accordance with and is subject to the terms and provisions of the Intercreditor Agreement.
