Titles to Articles and headings of Sections are inserted for convenience of reference only and shall not be deemed a part of or to affect the appointment meaning or interpretation of any Co-Trustee pursuant to this Agreement. Notwithstanding the Titling Trust Agreementfact that this Agreement has been drafted or prepared by one of the Parties, each of the Parties confirms that both it and its counsel have reviewed, negotiated and adopted this Agreement as the joint agreement and understanding of the Parties.
