If applicable Law requires that any payment pursuant to this Agreement be made in local currency, the parties shall use the applicable exchange rate published in the Wall Street Journal as of such date. Whenever conversion of payments from any foreign currency for a particular period shall be required, such conversion shall be made at the average of the exchange rates published in the Wall Street Journal for the beginning and the end of the relevant period.
