INTERRUPTION EVENT. 13.1. An Interrupted Party shall be relieved of its obligations in terms of this Agreement during the period that the Interruption Event and its consequences continue, only to the extent so prevented, and shall not be liable for any Losses which the other Party may suffer as a result. 13.2.
