Common use of Interstate Land Sales Clause in Contracts

Interstate Land Sales. This Agreement is exempt from the Interstate Land Sales Full Disclosure Act, 15 USC §1701 et seq. Seller’s use of the exemption, instead of the Act’s regulatory application and review process, serves the legitimate business purpose of allowing Seller to offer the Property at a more competitive price, because the exemption allows Seller savings and flexibility in the timing, terms and conditions of Seller’s arrangements for the marketing and management of Seller’s inventory of properties in the Project.
