Common use of Intra-Company Debt Clause in Contracts

Intra-Company Debt. All indebtedness of each of the Sellers and all other directors, officers and employees of the Company to the Company shall have been repaid in full and the Sellers shall have delivered to the Buyer a certificate, dated the Closing Date, to such effect.

Intra-Company Debt. All indebtedness of each of the Sellers Seller and all other directors, officers and employees of the Company to the Company shall have been repaid in full and the Sellers Seller shall have delivered to the Buyer a certificate, dated the Closing Date, to such effect.
