Common use of Intra-Company Debt Clause in Contracts

Intra-Company Debt. All indebtedness of the Sellers and all other directors, officers, partners, managers and employees of either Company or the Partnership to the Company or the Partnership shall have been repaid in full and the Sellers shall have delivered to the Buyer a certificate, dated the Closing Date, to such effect.
