Intra-Group Liabilities and Subordinated Liabilities. (a) Each of the Parties agrees that the Intra-Group Liabilities and Subordinated Liabilities are postponed and subordinated to the Liabilities owed by the Debtors or the Security Grantors to the Primary Creditors. (b) This Agreement does not purport to rank any of the Intra-Group Liabilities and Subordinated Liabilities as between themselves.
