Intra-Operative Femur Fracture Without Osteotomy. A Qualified Claimant who, prior to the Enrollment Date, experienced an intra- operative femur fracture requiring cabling or prosthetic fixation during a Qualified Revision Surgery or Re-Revision Surgery that did not require an Osteotomy shall receive $40,000. The maximum number of Enhancements under this Past Matrix Level shall be two (2) per hip in which an Affected Product has been removed.
