Common use of Intrexon Commitment Clause in Contracts

Intrexon Commitment. Intrexon shall use reasonable efforts to obtain an agreement with its other licensees and channel partners or collaborators to enable Synthetic to disclose confidential information of such licensees and channel partners or collaborators to regulatory authorities in order to seek or obtain approval to conduct clinical trials, or to gain regulatory approval of, Synthetic Products, in a manner consistent with the provisions of Section 7.2(b).

Intrexon Commitment. Intrexon shall use reasonable efforts to obtain an agreement with its other licensees and channel partners or collaborators to enable Synthetic Soligenix to disclose confidential information of such licensees and channel partners or collaborators to regulatory authorities in order to seek or obtain approval to conduct clinical trialsRegulatory Trials, or to gain regulatory approval of, Synthetic Soligenix Products, in a manner consistent with the provisions of Section 7.2(b).

Intrexon Commitment.
