Common use of Intrexon Proposals Clause in Contracts

Intrexon Proposals. Notwithstanding any of the foregoing provisions of Section 7.2, the Company further agrees that nothing herein shall limit the ability of Intrexon to confidentially propose to the executive management of the Company and its board of directors, and/or advocate for, any transaction between the Company and any third party unaffiliated with Intrexon or its Affiliates.
